What payment methods do you accept?
To keep your transactions secure and our processing efficient, we operate on a strictly prepaid basis. We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service at this time. We gladly accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking, and digital wallets through our secure checkout gateway.
How are shipping charges calculated?
- Orders above ₹799: Complimentary shipping across India.
- Orders under ₹799: Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
When will my order ship?
Every package is lovingly packed and shipped directly from our studio in Gujarat. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your package leaves our hands, it typically arrives within:
- Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
- To Metro Cities: 6–8 business days
- Rest of India: 6–9 business days
Kindly note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays due to weather or regional logistics are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to help you track your package.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you catch a mistake in your address, please email us immediately. We can easily update your details only if your package has not yet left our studio.
Tracking Your Journey
As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email or phone number so you can follow its progress.

Customer Cancellations
Because we work quickly to get your stationery to you, an order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched from our studio. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, the sale is final and cannot be recalled. For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us at irapaperofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations by IRA
While we always aim to fulfill every order beautifully, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to unexpected inventory shortages, unserviceable delivery locations, or payment verification issues.
Our Refund Process
In the rare event that an order is cancelled, a full refund will be initiated immediately:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
