Our Return Policy

To maintain the curated quality of our pieces, all sales are final. Because we ensure all product imagery, dimensions, and details on our website are entirely accurate, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your stationery arrives damaged during transit, we are more than happy to arrange an exchange for you:

• The Process: Please reach out to us at irapaperofficial@gmail.com (or via Instagram DM) within 48 hours of delivery.
• The Condition: To qualify for a damage-related exchange, the product must be completely unused, intact, and sent back with its original packaging, tags, and invoices.

Exceptional Cases

In rare, exceptional circumstances where a return or exchange is approved by our team outside of product damage, please take note of our studio guidelines:

• Shipping Responsibilities: The customer will be responsible for all associated transit costs. For an exchange, this includes shipping the original piece back to our studio and the courier fee for the new piece. For an approved return, this includes the return shipping fee to our warehouse.
• Quality Inspections: Once your return package reaches us, it will undergo a standard quality check. If any signs of use or damage are found, a corresponding amount will be deducted from your final credit or refund.
• Fulfillment: For exchanges, any shipping fees or product price differences must be settled upfront. Your new piece will be dispatched only after your original package has been safely received and inspected at our studio.
